ENGINEERING CONSULTANCY SERVICES

Process Engineering
Design and development of process flow diagrams (PFD), process and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs); data sheet of equipment, exchangers, pumps, compressors, agitate motors, etc.
EQUIPMENT ENGINEERING
Design calculations, detail engineering and development of drawings for pressure vessels, heat exchangers, process columns, reactors, and storage tanks.Design and development of plot plan, equipment layout, piping layout with sectional details and piping isometrics,
Pipeline Engineering
Design and development of pipeline route selection, topographical and detailed survey of crossings. Pipeline line sizing and thickness calculations, Flow lines/gathering system simulation, and determination of size of pipeline and slug (if it exists), pig launcher/receiver, pipeline alignment drawings, pipeline stress and flexibility analysis.
